Our Story
At Rosie’s Delicatessen, we’re more than just a deli—we’re a tribute to family, tradition, and great food. Named after Rose DiGangi, the mother of co-owner Anthony DiGangi, our deli is built on the values she instilled: hard work, hospitality, and a love for sharing great meals with others!
Anthony, along with his business partner Mike, created Rosie’s Delicatessen to bring a classic Italian deli experience to Glenwood. Culinary operations are led by Executive Chef Chad Wells, ensuring that every sandwich, breakfast sandwich, and deli selection is made with the highest quality ingredients and scratch-made care.

About Rosie

Rosie DiGangi was the heart and soul of her family—a woman known for her warmth, generosity, and love of sharing meals with others. She believed that food brought people together, and her kitchen was always a place of laughter, conversation, and, of course, incredible home-cooked meals.
Her passion for food and family inspired her son, Anthony DiGangi, to create a deli that honors her name and the traditions she held dear.
At Rosie’s Delicatessen, we carry on her legacy by serving quality food with care, just the way Rosie would have wanted.
